Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Karamel4e — an 18+ social platform where members support creators by subscribing and trading creator shares using AVAX on the Avalanche network. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility (18+)
Karamel4e is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account, view content, or transact. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent their age.
2. Your account & wallet
You sign in with an email, social account, or crypto wallet. A self-custodial wallet may be created for you — you control it, and you are responsible for safeguarding access to it (including any exported private key). We never hold your private keys and cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
3. On-chain transactions & fees
Share purchases and sales, subscriptions, and gifts are executed by a smart contract on the Avalanche network and are final once confirmed on-chain.
The platform charges a flat 15% fee on transactions. Creators may add a creator fee of up to 5% on share trades of their own market. Network (gas) fees apply and are not collected by us.
Share prices follow an automated bonding curve and can go down as well as up. Nothing on Karamel4e is investment advice; trade at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions
Subscribing to a creator unlocks their direct messages and premium content for the period purchased (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Subscriptions are paid in AVAX, are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain, and do not auto-renew.
5. Creator content & conduct
Creators keep ownership of the content they upload and grant Karamel4e a licence to host and display it to entitled users.
All content and behaviour must comply with our 18+ Content Policy. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that break the rules — including for non-consensual content, content involving minors (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), harassment, fraud, or attempts to manipulate markets.
6. Prohibited use
No bots, scraping, or automated account creation; no impersonation; no money laundering or sanctioned-party use; no attempts to exploit, attack, or reverse-engineer the platform or its smart contracts.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” during its pilot phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karamel4e is not liable for losses arising from blockchain transactions, market movements, wallet compromise, or service interruptions.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the service at any time — your wallet and on-chain assets remain yours.
9. Investment & trading risk
Creator shares are speculative digital assets, not regulated securities, investments, or a promise of profit. Their price is set by an automated bonding curve and can rise or fall sharply at any moment. You may lose some or all of the AVAX you spend. Nothing on Karamel4e is financial advice — never trade more than you can afford to lose, and treat any earnings as uncertain.
10. Irreversible blockchain transactions
Share purchases, sales, and tips settle on the Avalanche blockchain and are final once confirmed. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund an on-chain transaction, recover funds sent to a wrong address, or restore access to a lost or compromised wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, keys, and recovery phrase.
11. Security & avoiding scams
Karamel4e's team and staff will never ask you to send funds or cryptocurrency, or to share your wallet keys or recovery phrase — by direct message or anywhere else. Any message asking you to send money, send crypto, or reveal wallet details is almost certainly a scam: do not engage, and report the user immediately. Always verify through official channels. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and wallet secret, and we are not liable for losses resulting from scams, phishing, or sharing your credentials with third parties.
