Creator Agreement

This agreement governs how creators publish content and earn on Karamel4e. By enabling a creator account you accept it alongside our Terms.
1. Eligibility & verification
You must be 18 or older and the rightful owner of everything you upload. We may ask you to verify your identity before payouts.
2. Your content & licence
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Karamel4e a licence to host, display and deliver it to entitled members.
You are responsible for holding all rights and consents for the people and material in your content.
3. Earnings, fees & payouts
You earn from share trades, subscriptions, tips and pay-per-view unlocks. The platform takes a flat 15%; you keep 85%.
Earnings accrue on-chain in AVAX and are withdrawable to your wallet at any time. Network gas fees apply.
4. Taxes (DAC8)
You are responsible for your own taxes. As an EU platform we may be required to report creator earnings and your tax identification number (TIN) to authorities under DAC8; you agree to provide accurate tax details.
5. Content rules
All content must follow our 18+ Content Policy. Illegal content, non-consensual material, or anything involving minors is strictly forbidden and reported to authorities.
6. Suspension & termination
We may restrict or remove creator features for breaches of this agreement or the law. You can stop creating at any time; your wallet and on-chain assets remain yours.
